Position Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Lead Consultant to lead the updating and validation of IPERC matrices, coordinate teams, and ensure regulatory compliance in Occupational Safety and Health. Experience in implementing OSH Management Systems (SG-SST) and IPERC matrices SSOMA Lead Consultant Corporación Soluciones de Gestión S.A.C. – INGEM is seeking an SSOMA Lead Consultant to lead the IPERC matrix update and validation service across multiple nationwide locations. What will be your main challenge? Lead service execution, ensuring accurate field-based updating and validation of IPERC matrices, coordinating activities with the consulting team, and guaranteeing compliance with current Occupational Safety and Health regulations. Requirements * Licensed professional in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Experience participating in four (04\) or more Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SG\-SST) implementation processes, including development and updating of IPERC matrices, preferably within industrial and/or mining companies. * Experience in implementing and maintaining Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems. * Experience in preparing, reviewing, and validating IPERC matrices. * Master’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health (desirable). * Knowledge of Law No. 29783, its Regulation (Supreme Decree No. 005\-2012\-TR), Supreme Decree No. 024\-2016\-EM, their amendments, and other applicable Occupational Safety and Health regulations. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Main Responsibilities * Lead the execution of IPERC matrix update and validation services. * Coordinate consulting team activities during technical visits. * Review and validate field-collected information. * Ensure technical quality of deliverables. * Coordinate with the client and report service progress. * Prepare and present technical reports and related documentation. Service Conditions * Service delivery mode: scheduled technical visits. * Intervention at various nationwide locations, as per service planning. * Availability for travel and for carrying out scheduled activities in assigned locations (Arequipa, Tacna, Moquegua, Cusco, Ica, Apurímac, Puno, or Madre de Dios). * Service-based contract. Salary: S/.1,250\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
