Job Summary: We are seeking a Conventional Mining Mechanic to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mining equipment, including diagnosis and repair of mechanical failures. Ability to perform preventive and corrective inspections and maintenance A mining-sector company is seeking a Conventional Mining Mechanic to work at the VICUS Mining Unit. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in mechanical maintenance of conventional mining equipment. * Knowledge of diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of pneumatic shovels and locomotives. * Ability to perform preventive and corrective inspections and maintenance. * Familiarity with occupational safety and health regulations applicable to mining activities. * Availability to work under a 20 x 10 schedule. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conventional mining equipment. * Diagnose and repair mechanical failures in pneumatic shovels and locomotives. * Conduct periodic inspections of equipment and tools. * Prepare maintenance activity reports. * Comply with safety procedures established by the company and the mining unit. **Conditions:** * Work location: VICUS Mining Unit – Barranca, Lima. * Salary: S/ 3,000.00. * Schedule: 20 x 10. * Position type: Full-time.
