Your journey toward impact and innovation starts here at WSP! **Key Responsibilities** * Lead field and office execution of E\&I construction works. * Supervise and verify progress against schedule and technical specifications. * Coordinate detailed engineering to resolve interferences and release work fronts. * Manage RFIs and engineering changes. * Ensure integration of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems. * Coordinate with disciplines to ensure constructability. * Manage interfaces with contractors and suppliers. * Participate in planning and risk meetings. * Monitor physical progress and deviations. * Review contractors' schedules. * Prepare technical reports and valuations. * Alert on schedule and cost risks. * Evaluate impacts of scope changes. * Support valuations and certifications. * Participate in claims management. * Ensure compliance with specifications and quality plan. * Participate in inspections and commissioning. * Ensure quality dossier and as\-built documentation. * Lead safety culture. * Verify IPERC and critical controls. * Halt unsafe work when necessary. * Coordinate materials and equipment. * Validate technical requirements (MTO/MR). * Supervise contractor performance. * Lead pre\-commissioning and commissioning. * Coordinate FAT/SAT testing. * Ensure client delivery. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in the activities performed, among others. **Professional Background:** * Licensed Electrical or Electronics Engineer (CIP). * Minimum 12 years of experience in mining and/or hydrocarbons. * Experience in brownfield projects and concentrator plants. * Experience in construction, control, and commissioning. * Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, process instrumentation and control. * Familiarity with IEC, NEC, NFPA, and IEEE standards. * Availability to work on-site under project-based employment terms. \#Peru \#LI\-VE1 \#LI\-Onsite **Primary Location** PE\-Lima**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 11**Job Posting** Jul 2, 2026, 10:31:03 PM
