Enrollment in the payroll of a microenterprise from day one **LOADER – ORGANIC WASTE PLANT** **Job Description:** An environmental-sector company is seeking **Loaders** to work at an organic waste plant located in **Paiján**. We seek responsible individuals with good physical condition and willingness to perform material loading and unloading tasks in an operational environment. **Responsibilities:** * Load and unload organic waste. * Assist in segregation, classification, and internal transportation of materials within the plant. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with operational procedures and Occupational Safety and Health regulations. * Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Experience in stacking, loading/unloading, or physically demanding work (preferred). * Good physical condition. * Availability to work under a **21-days-on/7-days-off** schedule. * Commitment, responsibility, and teamwork orientation. **Benefits:** * Enrollment in the payroll of a microenterprise from day one. * 100% company-covered accommodation and meals. * First round-trip transportation covered. * Opportunity for career development and job stability. **Work Location:** Paiján Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
