Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to supervise maintenance services at the crushing plant of a mining unit, lead teams, and ensure standards. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise mechanical maintenance at the crushing plant. 2. Experience leading field work teams. 3. Knowledge of mining safety and high-risk work management. **01 MECHANICAL ENGINEER – SUPERVISOR (20X10 REGIME\)** An industrial sector company is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to supervise maintenance services at the Pampa de Cobre mining unit’s crushing plant. **REQUIREMENTS:** Degree holder and licensed Mechanical Engineer Minimum 3 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance at mining plants Knowledge of crushing equipment maintenance (conveyor belts, screens, etc.) Experience leading field work teams Knowledge of mining safety and high-risk work management Availability to work under the 20X10 regime **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Comprehensively supervise mechanical maintenance services at the crushing plant Plan, coordinate, and monitor field work execution Manage technical staff (mechanics, fitters, etc.) Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards Coordinate with the client and report service progress Control project resources, materials, and timelines **CONDITIONS:** Regime (14X7\) for our client PAMPA DE COBRE \- CHAPI Formal employment registration Application Question(s): * When are you available to start working? * What is your monthly salary expectation?
