Position Summary: We are seeking an Ore Control Geologist to evaluate, control, and coordinate mineral quality, supervise sampling activities, and conduct geological mapping in precious metals mining. Key Responsibilities: 1. Mineral quality evaluation and control in mining operations 2. Blending coordination and QA/QC sampling supervision 3. Geological mapping and mineralized body interpretation We are a business group dedicated to the extraction, refining, marketing, processing, refining, and production of precious metals—particularly gold and silver. We add value to raw materials by manufacturing derivative metal products such as silver nitrate and silver chloride, among other halides, according to the requirements of our valued customers. We are currently seeking: **ORE CONTROL GEOLOGIST** **Responsibilities:** 1\. Evaluate mineral quality in underground mining operations and estimate approximate grade. 2 Conduct ore control, ensuring operations do not exceed scheduled dilution and/or minimize over-dilution. 3 Coordinate appropriate blending for mineral feed to the processing plant. 4 Supervise sampling activities in mining faces and stockpiles, adhering to QA/QC protocols. 5 Coordinate with Planning, Mining, and related departments on resource control, production grades, and development. 6 Perform geological mapping of mining faces and advance workings, and prepare intermediate drawings. 7 Conduct geological mapping on original plans based on evaluations performed and maintain them up-to-date. 8 Prepare recommendation reports for drilled faces directed to operations departments. 9 Prepare and interpret mineralized bodies, veins, and lithology at specific elevations requested by operations. 10 Participate in weekly and monthly production meetings. 11 Digitize geological mapping drawings at various levels and perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor according to departmental needs. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. **We Offer:** * Availability to work in CASMA (20x10) * Formal employment with full statutory benefits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.5,500.00 - S/.6,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in ore control? * Please describe your mining experience and responsibilities held. * What field of study did you pursue? * Where do you currently reside?
