In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fisheries—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description*** Supervise the execution of underground support activities, ensuring compliance with established quality and safety standards. . * Verify the correct installation of support elements such as rock bolts, mesh, shotcrete, etc. * Create and maintain geomechanical databases to record relevant information on rock mass and support systems. * Conduct geomechanical studies, including mapping, geotechnical logging, and rock classification. * Provide technical advisory to assigned personnel regarding proper installation and application of support techniques. * Support automation and systematization efforts by integrating all field-based geomechanical databases. * Perform other similar duties as directed by the Employer or hierarchical supervisor according to operational needs and requirements. **Requirements** * Technician or engineer in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of geomechanical mapping (Basic). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of underground mine design. Knowledge of instrumentation. * Knowledge of the use and application of various types of support elements.
