




Job Summary: We are seeking a coordinator who not only executes processes but also analyzes and improves them, overseeing comprehensive HR management and proposing enhancements. Propose actions to optimize vacancy coverage. **Purpose of the Position** “We seek a coordinator who not only executes processes but also analyzes and improves them.” **Mandatory availability to work in Barranca / Pativilca** **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate comprehensive HR department management. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar role. * Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. * **Analysis of reasons for applicant dropouts at various stages of the hiring process.** * Prepare departmental reports and metrics. * Manage employment documentation and personnel files. * Propose improvement actions to reduce candidate attrition and optimize vacancy coverage. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Psychology, or related fields. * Minimum 3 **years of experience** in the position. **Skills** * Process organization and control. * Sense of urgency and management of critical deadlines. * Ability to analyze and improve recruitment processes. * Clear communication with applicants and internal clients. * Stress tolerance and goal-oriented work. * Results orientation.
