HR COORDINATOR
A company specializing in **protection, control, automation, and SCADA systems solutions**, with projects across the **energy, mining, and industrial sectors**, seeks a professional to lead and coordinate **comprehensive Human Resources management**.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* **Administration and Payroll:** supervise payroll processing, settlements, vacations, overtime, compensation, deductions, and cost centers.
* **Recruitment and Hiring:** coordinate staffing requirements, recruitment, selection, hiring, and contract renewals.
* **Labor Management:** address employee inquiries, prepare labor documentation, and provide support on labor legislation and labor relations.
* **Safety and Insurance:** manage SCTR, Life Insurance (Ley), insurance policies, and occupational medical examinations.
* **SUNAFIL and Audits:** respond to labor-related requests and participate in audits, standardization processes, and client procedures.
* **Management and Control:** prepare reports, payroll forecasts, HR KPIs, and HR budgeting.
* **Development:** manage the Annual Training Plan and track training activities.
* **Continuous Improvement:** update policies and procedures, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize departmental processes.
* **Cross-Departmental Coordination:** collaborate with Administration, Accounting, and other departments to ensure proper personnel management and project support.
REQUIRED PROFILE
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in **Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, or related fields**.
* **Minimum 3 years of experience** in similar roles.
* Comprehensive experience in **personnel administration, payroll, compensation, and recruitment**.
* Knowledge of **Peruvian labor legislation and SUNAFIL regulations**.
* Proficiency in **intermediate/advanced Excel** and HR ERP systems; Talana is preferred.
* Experience with **HR KPIs, reporting, and HR process management**.
* Strong organizational, analytical, leadership, and results-oriented capabilities.
CONDITIONS
**Location:** San Isidro
**Working Hours:** Monday–Friday \| 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
**Work Mode:** On-site
