Your journey toward impact and innovation starts here at WSP! **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Review and approve drilling equipment and accessories at the Contractor's warehouses to ensure suitability prior to mobilization. * Supervise geotechnical drilling and pressure water testing activities, ensuring compliance with technical standards. * Coordinate confirmation drilling and core recovery activities. * Supervise geotechnical drilling with core recovery and pressure water testing. * Supervise rotary-percussion drilling, including work sequences and pressure water tests in primary, secondary, and higher-order drill holes. * Supervise confirmation drilling with core recovery and permeability tests to verify closure criteria. * Interpret geological and hydrogeological data using surface geological mapping and geotechnical drilling logs. * Issue detailed technical reports on drilling and injection activities performed. * Validate decisions related to the execution of higher-order drilling based on obtained results. * Document and ensure traceability of all supervised activities. * Verify drilling locations with support from ANTAMINA’s Topographic Survey Assurance and approve topographic layout protocols. * Approve drill hole orientation tests and carry out geological/geotechnical logging of drillings and verifications. * Supervise proper drilling execution, ensuring compliance with technical criteria and designer recommendations. * Perform additional reports and tasks assigned by ANTAMINA, within the scope and service hours. * Verify production dates and quality of cement and additive batches, approving corresponding certificates. * Support management of RFIs and IDTs related to project designs or Technical Specifications. * Generate and submit monitoring and control documents for deviations such as Surveillance Reports and Non-Conformance Reports (SVRs and NCRs) to the contractor or project executor. Likewise, monitor and follow up on these until their respective closure. * Coordinate daily activities with construction quality control supervision (CQC). * Ensure compliance with approved changes according to the change management system. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in all assigned activities, among others. **Professional Background:** * Degree in Civil Engineering and/or Geological Engineering or related fields. * Minimum 6 years of experience in general projects. * Preferably experienced in drilling and/or geotechnical injection roles. * Preferably intermediate-level knowledge of Office software. * Preferably possess a valid driver's license. * Availability to work in Ancash under the required work schedule. \#Peru \#LI\-VE1 \#LI\-Onsite **Primary Location** PE\-LIM\-Lima**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 6**Job Posting** Nov 5, 2025, 10:40:42 PM
