Manage technological security systems and administrative processes Our company, Compañia Minera Antapaccay, is seeking top talent to fill the position of: Internal Protection Supervisor \- Temporary Responsibilities: Supervise and implement internal protection, asset security, and loss control strategies, ensuring strict compliance with Human Rights and Voluntary Principles (HRVP) protocols by both in-house staff and contracted security companies. Monitor and mitigate asset-related risks and social unrest situations across operations and national logistics routes, coordinating emergency response plans, goods traffic control, and timely handling of incidents that may impact operational continuity. Manage electronic security technological systems (CCTV, GPS, drones) and departmental administrative processes, leading budgetary control, internal logistics, personnel administration under supervision, and assurance of corporate Management System standards. Antapaccay is a copper mining operation belonging to the Glencore Group since 2013\. It commenced operations in November 2012, following several years of exploration investment aimed at extending the life of the Tintaya mine. The mining settlement is located in the province of Espinar, Cusco region, at 4,100 meters above sea level. This operation enables us to continue contributing to the sustainable development of the Espinar province, as we not only foster direct and indirect job creation and boost the local economy through procurement from regional businesses, but also invest in social projects targeting communities within our area of influence. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; or Officer or Non-Commissioned Officer from the Armed Forces or Police, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in Security, Internal Protection, Asset Security, Loss Control, and/or social unrest, or related military and/or police roles. Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory, coordination, managerial, or similarly responsible positions. Other Qualifications: Valid Class AI driver’s license with over 2 years’ validity is mandatory; Class AIIa, AIIb or higher is desirable. Intermediate-level MS Office proficiency is mandatory.
