Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Contract Administrator to support contract management, registration, tracking, reporting, and documentation, providing general support to the team. Provide support in monitoring contract expiration dates, including generating alerts and performing basic follow-up. Support preparation of contract reports (e.g., status, expirations, consumption, among others). Provide support in tender processes through the SAP4H system. Organize, digitize, and maintain up-to-date contractual documentation. Assist in administrative management of the department, including coordination, scheduling, and task tracking. Learn and comply with internal organizational processes, workflows, and policies. Provide general support to the contracts team as required by the department. **Professional Profile:** Professional in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in Contract Administration and/or Technical Office.
