Position Summary: We are seeking a Line Server\/Waiter\/Waitress responsible for diner service, food and beverage preparation, and cleaning and disinfection at a mining concession. Key Highlights: 1. Direct service to diners 2. Preparation and setup of beverages and food 3. Comprehensive cleaning and disinfection of the dining and kitchen areas FOOD CONCESSIONAIRE AT MINING UNIT We are a food service concessionaire operating at a mining unit in Barranca and currently require a Line Server\/Waiter\/Waitress: \*Line Server\/Waiter\/Waitress Responsibilities:\* · Responsible for diner service. · Responsible for preparing lemon garnish for lunch. · Responsible for fruit smoothie preparation and soft drink preparation. · Responsible for polishing cutlery (spoons) for lunch. · Responsible for setting up glasses for lunch (drying and inspection). · Responsible for drying tableware (plates, mugs, glassware, etc.). · Responsible for cleaning and disinfecting the dining area (tables, chairs, floor) using a spray disinfectant. · Responsible for washing and disinfecting the hot line. · Responsible for changing hot line water daily or as needed. · Washing and disinfection of microwaves. · Responsible for washing mate containers (blue drums). · Responsible for washing the soft drink tank (150 L tank). · Responsible for delivering soft drinks. · Responsible for daily washing of cutlery trays. · Responsible for preparing soft drinks for field personnel during lunch. · Responsible for disinfecting and preparing fruit for lunch. · Responsible for recording temperature control logs for buffet tables. · Responsible for washing and drying tablecloths and napkins. · Responsible for replenishing and cleaning salt and sugar dispensers. · Responsible for daily and deep cleaning of the main dining area, including tables, chairs, shelves, and windows. · Responsible for deep cleaning of the hot line and visicooler. · Responsible for deep cleaning of the worktable. · Responsible for drying plates, mugs, and cutlery for breakfast service the following day.
