Position Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to supervise industrial or mining projects, coordinate teams and contractors, and ensure project execution in accordance with safety, quality, cost, and schedule standards. Ensuring safety and quality standards We are looking for a **MECHANICAL ENGINEER**, **with experience supervising projects in industrial or mining environments**, capable of coordinating diverse teams and contractors, performing technical and progress monitoring, and ensuring project execution in compliance with safety, quality, cost, and schedule standards. **Requirements:** * **Graduate in Mechanical Engineering** or related field. * Industrial, manufacturing, construction, or mining experience involving project supervision. * Experience in project monitoring and coordination with contractors. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. * Familiarity with MS Project and WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) is desirable. * Knowledge of project planning, monitoring, and control. * Willingness to travel to sites/projects as required by operational needs. * **Valid driver's license is mandatory.** **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the execution of mechanical and industrial projects, verifying compliance with technical specifications, schedules, and quality standards. * Coordinate activities necessary for project development with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. * Monitor physical project progress, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. * Review drawings, quantity take-offs, technical specifications, and engineering documentation. * Participate in planning and scheduling of project activities, resources, and deliverables. * Prepare progress reports and provide technical support throughout various project phases. * Ensure compliance with Holcim’s established safety, occupational health, and environmental procedures.
