We primarily provide solutions to companies in the mining and fishing sectors. We are currently seeking a Metalmechanical Operator to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 1 year of experience in metalmechanics, preferably in cutting, assembly, or welding processes. * Availability to work on-site in Lurín, near km 40\. * Residency in Southern Lima or neighboring districts. * Responsibility, proactivity, and ability to work in a team. * Availability to comply with the established schedule. **JOB CONDITIONS** **Compensation: S/ 1,700** **Additionally, the following bonuses apply:** * Mobility bonus: S/ 100 * Meal allowance: S/ 120 * Perfect attendance bonus: S/ 100 WORK SCHEDULE * Monday to Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. * Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 2 Saturdays per month, on an alternating basis, from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **BENEFITS** * Payroll registration from day one. * Full statutory labor benefits under the General Regime (family allowance, bonuses, CTS, vacations, etc.). * Profit-sharing participation. * Agreement with SENATI to enhance your learning and professional development.
