Positive work environment At **SC Ingeniería y Construcción SAC**, a company operating in the metallurgical-mechanical, construction, and mining sectors, we are currently seeking an Occupational Health Nurse responsible for employee medical surveillance and compliance with legal requirements regarding Occupational Safety and Health. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Nursing. * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial or construction companies. * Knowledge of Peruvian OSH regulations. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Immediate availability. * Willingness to travel to construction sites. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and coordinate occupational medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, and exit). * Maintain occupational clinical records. * Provide primary care and first aid. * Monitor workers with medical restrictions. * Prepare occupational health reports and indicators. * Participate in health campaigns and preventive training sessions. * Coordinate with HR and OSH departments regarding medical leave and subsidies. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Commuting assistance from Puente Nuevo. * Opportunity for professional learning and development. * Travel allowances covered when traveling to construction sites. * Positive work environment. * Timely monthly payments.
