We are Sandvik Ground Support, part of the Sandvik Group, a global leader in rock reinforcement and ground support products, systems, and solutions for the underground mining and tunneling construction industries. We operate in more than 70 countries and employ over 2\.500 people, including technical specialists with extensive experience in the underground industry. Therefore, we are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of Production Operator, with the following profile: Requirements: * Completed primary and secondary education. * Knowledge of measurement equipment usage (not mandatory). * Knowledge of PPE usage. * Basic knowledge of Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment, and Identification of Environmental Aspects and Impacts associated with own activities. Responsibilities: * Verify that machines are in perfect condition before commencing operation. * Report daily production output. * Carry out production in compliance with established quality and safety parameters. * Contribute to environmental protection from one's position. * Promote self-control during task execution. * Notify the Production Manager and/or Maintenance Manager of any anomalies or non-conforming products arising during the production process. * Support colleagues in performing tasks, fostering teamwork. * Support the implementation and execution of HSE and Environmental policies from one's position. * Use PPE correctly and perform proper maintenance and care. * Notify the Production Manager and/or Maintenance Manager regarding the need for maintenance of assigned equipment. * Assist the Maintenance Manager during equipment and machine maintenance execution. * Comply with all applicable regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions. * Mandatory participation in 5-minute safety talks. * At the end of the day, leave the workstation and machine clean. * Meet the KPIs established for the position. * Identify safety and health hazards, and environmental aspects related to work activities; and apply and comply with associated control measures.
