Introduction
We are looking for an Operator, Warehouse to join our team. You will be responsible for administering, controlling, and monitoring the status and supply of goods listed in inventories of equipment, tools, PPEs, consumables, and other resources assigned to the warehouse and packaging operations, in coordination with assigned planners to ensure proper development and execution of customer-assigned services.
What You’ll Do
Manage and control the stock of materials, tools, equipment, and consumables in the warehouse.
Coordinate supply and transportation of materials between Lima, Arequipa, and various projects.
Execute and supervise receipt, dispatch, and return of materials, equipment, and tools.
Keep the Kardex and warehouse intake/withdrawal records up to date.
Conduct periodic inventories and physical verifications of high-turnover items.
Inspect and report on the condition of assigned materials, equipment, tools, and PPE.
Coordinate availability of materials, tools, and PPE for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper preservation of warehouses and assigned resources.
Prepare management reports and keep physical and digital warehouse documentation up to date.
Coordinate with supervision, planners, and leaders regarding resource requirements and procurement of non-stock materials.
Who We’re Looking For
Technical graduate in Administration, Production Mechanics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
1 year of work experience in this role or performing receiving and/or dispatch duties in warehouses.
1 year of work experience in mining-related activities.
Experience in warehouse administration within concentrator plants under service contracts or project-based work.
Driver’s license A\-1 preferred.
Knowledge and proficiency in inventory software, SAP.
Knowledge of warehouse management (inventories, storage, procurement).
