Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise safety, health, and environmental management in mining, energy, oil & gas, industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Development and implementation of SSOMA training programs Fabertek is a Peruvian metal-mechanical company specialized in providing integrated solutions for design, supply, and fabrication of all types of steel structures, boilerworks, and spools, as well as electromechanical installations, for large-scale mining, energy, oil & gas, industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. **REQUIREMENTS** \- Availability to work in Cusco \- Graduate and licensed professional in Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related fields \- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role \- Experience in civil works \- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 (not mandatory). \- Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\.\- Comply with and enforce provisions of the Occupational Safety and Health Regulation (RIT). 2\.\- Halt any task or activity posing an imminent risk to personnel. 3\.\- Report SSOMA management indicators. 4\.\- Develop and implement internal and external training programs related to the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management System. 5\.\- Coordinate with security personnel on perimeter security, occupational safety and health, and environmental matters. 6\.\- Conduct induction talks and 5-minute safety talks. 7\.\- Manage distribution of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). 8\.\- Report safety, occupational health, and environmental incidents and/or accidents. **BENEFITS:** \- Transportation \- Meals \- Payroll under the MYPE regime Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000.00 \- S/.3,500.00 per month Application questions: * Can you work from Monday to Saturday in Cusco/Chinchero? / Please provide your current mobile number. * What is your salary expectation and availability? * Do you have experience in metal-mechanical companies or civil works?
