More than 5 years of experience in procurement and acquisition processes for goods, services, and construction projects within private companies and/or State entities. Intermediate OSCE certification and specialization in Public Procurement (mandatory). Proficiency in Excel and SEACE platforms. Desirable knowledge of SIAF, SIGA, ERP Logistics, and ISO standards.
