Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage infrastructure projects, responsible for supervision, monitoring, and reporting to ensure goal achievement. Key Highlights: 1. We are a company dedicated to Real Estate Management, Environmental Management, and Archaeological Assessments, ensuring nationwide execution of infrastructure and engineering projects. We have extensive experience in projects developed in the Energy, Transportation, Communications, and Mining sectors, achieving optimal results that enabled our clients to meet their established goals. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain updated project management dashboards. * Present and train the entire project team on the use of existing or newly developed processes. * Conduct daily monitoring of the work performed by real estate managers and their assistants. * Prepare milestone valuations achieved during project implementation. * Report to the project coordinator the expectations of the entire project team. * Prepare reports requested by the coordinator and/or client. * Supervise the proper use of resources allocated to the entire project team. **Requirements:** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Geographic Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in infrastructure project development. * Experience in Rural/Urban Land Registry and Property Regularization areas. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, KMZ, and Google Earth Office (including Project). * Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables). * Proficiency in Power BI. * Experience using AutoCAD and ArcGIS. * Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork. * Knowledge (preferred) of electrical transmission line projects. * Teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
