Eligibility for education loans and academic excellence scholarships On behalf of our client, a leading mining company, we are seeking a **Scaler Operator**. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 1 year and 6 months of experience operating a Scaler underground. * Availability to work under a 14-days-on/7-days-off schedule. * No police records. * Valid photo ID or documented authorization for internal underground operations. * Submission of employment certificates verifying declared experience. * Work experience will be verified using the Unified Labor Certificate (CUL). **Offered:** * Full coverage of meals and accommodation. * Transportation from Lima, Huancayo, or Pasco to the mining site. * Additional bonus of S/ 2,000, subject to operator-specific conditions. * S/ 200 onboarding bonus on Provis card. * Annual retention bonus of S/ 2,400, paid in six installments throughout the year. * Referral bonus of S/ 300 per successful referral. * Education loans. * Family allowance of S/ 113. * Academic excellence scholarship for children. * 100% EPS health insurance coverage for the employee. * Payment on the 10th of each month.
