Requirements: University graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager, Team Leader, Store Supervisor, or similar role. Availability to work in areas near Chorrillos. Responsibilities: Plan and direct store team activities to meet the established sales budget. Control and supervise sales team, cashier, and warehouse activities to ensure compliance with established procedures and customer service protocols (work schedules, overtime, vacations, etc.). Supervise and control store operations, adhering to established parameters to ensure proper functioning and compliance with current regulations. Supervise and manage product displays to ensure a positive customer shopping experience. Manage appropriate inventory levels to maintain expected stock for sales execution. Conduct unannounced weekly warehouse inventories to supervise the established process. Benefits: Payroll with all statutory benefits.
