Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced retail commercial leader to elevate commercial, operational, and customer experience standards by leading teams and developing store leaders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the retail channel and ensure achievement of commercial targets. 2. Develop store leaders and high-performing teams. 3. Strengthen retail culture and in-store leadership. We seek a commercial leader with retail experience, team management expertise, and proven ability to develop store leaders—capable of elevating commercial, operational, and customer experience standards across the entire chain. This position’s mission includes: * Leading ILLARI’s retail channel. * Ensuring achievement of commercial targets. * Developing store leaders and high-performing teams. * Monitoring commercial indicators and productivity. * Implementing service standards, visual merchandising, and customer experience protocols. * Coordinating commercial strategies with Marketing, Operations, and Human Resources. * Strengthening retail culture and in-store leadership.
