Your responsibilities will include market research, trend analysis, promotional campaign development, and coordination with sales and customer service teams. This is a full-time, on-site position at our offices located in Puente Piedra. **Requirements** * Minimum 3\-5 years of experience in corporate social media management. * Knowledge in: * Social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn). * Digital content creation (graphic and audiovisual). * Digital advertising (Meta Ads). * Design tools (Canva, Photoshop or similar). * Basic video editing knowledge (CapCut, Premiere or others). * Digital metrics management (engagement, reach, conversions). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Analytical ability, creativity, and results orientation. **Responsibilities** * Plan and execute the monthly digital content calendar. * Manage and administer the company's social media accounts. * Design and publish content (posts, reels, stories, videos). * Implement and optimize digital advertising campaigns. * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs). * Generate monthly performance reports. * Coordinate with internal departments for content creation. * Conduct on-site coverage of projects and activities for field content. **Benefits** * Competitive salary. * Timely payments. * Professional stability and career growth. * Excellent work environment. **Work Location:** Puente Piedra (or nearby areas) **Working Hours:** **• Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.** **• Saturday: 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.** * **Employment Type:** Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
