Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage vehicle rentals, customer service, billing, and incident resolution in a dynamic work environment. Key Highlights: 1. Ongoing training and a positive work environment **Requirements**: * Technical degree in Marketing, Tourism, or Administration. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. * Knowledge of commercial management, negotiation skills, conflict resolution, among others. * Familiarity with reservation and billing systems. * Availability to work onsite at the Piura location. * Valid A1 driver's license. **Main Responsibilities**: * Plan your shift by reviewing reservations and requesting required vehicles, proactively offering upgrade sales options. (Physical printout of daily schedule) * Attend to customers by opening contracts following the sales procedure, offering upgrades, coverage options, and add-ons according to customer needs. * Document vehicle deliveries with the corresponding contract and photographs taken at delivery; ensure photos are uploaded to the photo repository. * Ensure no vehicle remains without an active guarantee; manage guarantee renewals, and guarantee letters must bear Commercial Management’s VB approval and conform to the delivery format. * Rent out vehicles assigned by the Operations Manager, ensuring movement for cars idle for 7 days and not rented (7 days not on rent). * Collect expenses incurred by the customer but not recorded in the contract (e.g., damages, fuel, cleaning). * Verify, via SAT, CALLAO, and SUTRAN, whether the customer has traffic tickets upon vehicle return, and collect accordingly. * Collect traffic tickets related to closed contracts and report tickets identified in previous contracts (detected during contract closure); inspect vehicles idle for 7 days without rental for any traffic tickets. * Communicate with customers in advance to finalize rental details prior to their arrival. * Assist with damage reporting by contacting insurance, ensuring the customer receives support from our insurer, and completing all required documentation for claims processing. * Daily petty cash reconciliation. **Competencies**: * Teamwork * Empathy * Problem-solving * Effective communication * Negotiation **Working Conditions**: * Working hours: Monday to Saturday (Full-time). * Statutory benefits. * Ongoing training. * Contract subject to renewal. * Positive work environment. * Employee discounts on company services.
