Job Description **What does this role involve?** We are looking for a **Store Manager** responsible for leading the comprehensive management of the retail outlet, ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives, proper branch operations, and appropriate customer service experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the overall store operation and ensure achievement of commercial objectives. * Supervise daily opening and closing procedures, as well as proper functioning of the retail outlet. * Lead and support the store team, promoting achievement of sales targets and service standards. * Supervise customer service, including inquiries, quotations, complaints, and post-sale follow-up. * Monitor product display, presentation, and in-store availability. * Track commercial inventory and coordinate timely stock replenishment. * Supervise cash handling operations and compliance with established controls. * Coordinate with other departments on administrative and operational processes related to sales, delivery, and after-sales service. * Monitor staff performance and propose improvement actions to strengthen branch operations. * Ensure store order, cleanliness, security, and proper appearance. **Requirements:** * Technical, university-level education or final-cycle student in Administration, Marketing, Business, or related fields. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar roles such as store supervisor, administrator, or store manager. * Experience in sales, customer service, and operational management of retail stores. * Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, commercial KPIs, and personnel supervision. * Proficiency in commercial management tools, ERP systems, or similar platforms. * Availability to work at the assigned location (Iquitos). **Ideal Candidate Profile:** We seek a candidate with leadership qualities, results orientation, strong organizational skills, excellent customer interaction abilities, and capability to coordinate teams and resolve operational and commercial issues. **Benefits:** * Join a nationally leading company in its industry. * Career development path. * Opportunity to lead the operation of a retail branch. * Statutory benefits under the General Regime, ongoing training, and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Market-competitive compensation package.
