Position Summary: Grupo Pimentel is seeking a Workshop Services Advisor responsible for customer service, portfolio prospecting, and coordination with workshops nationwide. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and quotation/order management 2. Prospecting new client portfolios and commercial follow-up 3. Coordination of service activities with workshops nationwide Grupo Pimentel, Peru's largest tire distributor with over 59 years in the market, dedicated to the sale of automotive parts and accessories, as well as vehicle maintenance and repair, is seeking a "Workshop Services Advisor" who must meet the following requirements: **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Technical or university student in Administration, Marketing, or related fields. \- Intermediate-level Office software knowledge. \- Knowledge of tires (desirable). \- Experience in sales and customer service. **FUNCTIONS:** \- Customer service: quotations, orders, delivery notes, and invoicing\- \- Prospecting new client portfolios and follow-up. \- Stock review and nationwide replenishment for FU Lima service requests. \- Bulk upload of invoices to various customer portals. \- Coordinate service activities with our workshops nationwide. \- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** \- Formal employment registration from the first day of work, including all statutory benefits (CTS, vacation, bonus, family allowance S/113.00, statutory life insurance, EsSalud, AFP, etc.) \- Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 48 hours per week. \- Gross salary plus commissions.
