Job Summary: We are seeking a legal professional to lead and coordinate a legal team, focusing on property title studies, legal risk mitigation, and strategy development for rights acquisition. Design and implement legal strategies We are a company specializing in Real Estate Management, Environmental Management, and Archaeological Assessments, ensuring nationwide execution of infrastructure and engineering projects. We possess extensive experience in projects across the Energy, Transportation, Communications, and Mining sectors, having achieved optimal results that enabled our clients to meet their established goals. **Requirements:** * Law degree with active bar association membership. * At least 1 year of experience in real estate management, particularly in infrastructure projects such as transmission lines, electrical substations, power generation plants, or related activities. **Knowledge:** * Registry and Notarial Law. * Real Estate Law. * Physical and Legal Remediation of Rural Properties. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and coordinate with a legal team to ensure achievement of objectives and deadlines. * Conduct detailed title studies—both registered and unregistered—of high complexity. * Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with acquisition of property rights, easements, or other rights. * Consistently participate in coordination meetings. * Draft minutes of Assemblies, General Meetings, and other corporate documents. * Draft and respond to high-complexity correspondence. * Design and implement legal strategies for acquiring easement rights over private and state-owned properties. * Supervise and monitor ongoing judicial proceedings related to acquisition of property rights or easements and other related matters.
