Our client, a leading Peruvian company undergoing nationwide expansion and specializing in fiber-optic internet services, has entrusted us with the search for an **Administrative Assistant \- Reception.** What are the main responsibilities? * Managing reception, welcoming visitors, and handling correspondence. * Providing administrative support to departments (e.g., procurement, petty cash control, comprehensive travel management, meeting room and parking reservations). * Supervising office condition and maintenance. * Managing pantry and supplies. What are we looking for? * Currently pursuing, incomplete, or completed undergraduate studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate-level MS Office proficiency; ERP or other administrative management software experience preferred. * A proactive, communicative, service-oriented, dynamic, organized, and collaborative individual.
