Job Summary: You will provide accurate and timely advisory services and solutions to clients within the segment, addressing their requests, inquiries, and complaints to ensure their loyalty. Part of the acceleration of digital transformation. **Your primary objective will be:** To provide accurate and timely advisory services and solutions to client inquiries and requests within the segment (including PJ clients assigned to Stores who have commercial products and services), expertly and efficiently handling requirements, inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure their loyalty and recommendations through high-quality after-sales service. **How will you achieve this?** * Provide timely resolution to requests/complaints during the first contact with the client (via telephone, email inbox, or WhatsApp, as applicable), by understanding and analyzing the situation. * Deliver sensitive and relevant information to the authorized representative within the client’s organizational structure, consistently demonstrating interest, willingness, and solid knowledge of the product or service inquired about. * Advise clients on the commercial services placement process, guiding them in correctly completing and submitting forms/requests to the Bank. * Identify potential issues in the Bank’s service channels and promptly report them to your immediate supervisor. * Propose improvements proactively within your area of responsibility. **What do we require from you?** * Student in final semesters, graduate, or bachelor’s degree holder in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. * 1 year of experience in the Banking sector (preferred). * Knowledge of customer management, both in commercial and service frontlines. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. **What do we offer you at Interbank?** * The opportunity to be part of the digital transformation acceleration of one of Peru’s most important companies. * Opportunities for development and continuous learning.
