Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and track air export shipments (Track & Trace). * Accurately and promptly enter information into the operational system. * Maintain consistent communication with customers and overseas offices. * Manage arrival notifications, documentation, and cargo operational flow. * Ensure accurate and timely billing to customers and vendors. * Meet KPIs, internal procedures, and applicable regulations. * Coordinate with vendors (ground transportation, airlines, and others). * Identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes. * Manage and monitor assigned accounts. * Escalate operational issues when necessary. **Requirements** Requirements * Experience in international air export operations (preferred). * Knowledge of logistics processes and international trade. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word). * Strong organizational, tracking, and detail-oriented skills. * Good communication and customer service skills. * English language proficiency (Intermediate/Advanced level): Mandatory Education and Certifications * Technical or university degree in International Trade Key Competencies * Proactivity and sense of urgency. * Teamwork and results orientation. * Organization and time management. * Integrity and commitment to quality. * Effective communication at both local and international levels. **Additional Information** What We Offer? * Opportunity for professional development in a leading logistics industry company. * Continuous training (minimum 52 hours annually). * Excellent work environment and strong organizational culture. * Exposure to international operations and collaboration with global teams.
