Promotes learning and continuous improvement **PLEASE READ THE CONTENT CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING — THANK YOU!** A company dedicated to manufacturing plastic packaging is seeking an **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT \- LOGISTICS**, with the following qualifications: **REQUIREMENTS:** · Gender: FEMALE ONLY. · Age: 20 to 40 years old. · Minimum 6 months of experience. · Technical or university studies in administration, accounting, logistics, graphic design, or related fields are preferred. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word \- Excel \- PowerPoint). · Ability to work under pressure and in a team (MANDATORY). · Experience in customer service, organizational skills, and communication abilities. · Availability to work Monday through Friday (full-time) and Saturdays if required. · Consistently proactive. · Orientation toward learning, contributing knowledge and innovation, improving processes, and adding value. · Willingness to commute to Chorrillos and/or Lurín; residence in nearby districts is preferred. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Accurately enter ongoing information into the system. · Continuously analyze inventory levels and identify low-stock items for replenishment. · Receive incoming goods at the plant. · Maintain up-to-date inventory records. · Manage surplus supplies for future reuse. · Execute proper storage of materials and products. · Fulfill requirements of the maintenance and production departments. · Maintain constant coordination with all departments to achieve stated objectives. · Support production processes to prevent significant losses. · Carry out tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. · Invoice company sales: generate and print invoices, shipping guides, credit notes, promissory notes, quality certificates, and electronic invoicing submissions. · Prepare reports for administrative management. · Compile and list retention vouchers. · Coordinate and monitor invoice delivery, check collection, retention documents, promissory notes, etc. · Systematically and orderly archive general commercial and accounting documentation (e.g., clients, various communications, reports, etc.). · Manage petty cash (daily transactions), provide justifications, and perform daily reconciliation. · Interested candidates may submit their CV including a photo, full name, age, current residential address, DNI/FOREIGNER’S ID, and mobile phone number for contact.
