Manage access rights, monitor networks, and log incidents **INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) ASSISTANT – JUNIOR** **A company in the logistics and pharmaceutical distribution sector** is seeking an **IT Assistant (Junior)** to provide technical support to administrative and operational departments, ensuring continuity of logistics processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide first-level technical support to administrative and operational users. * Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment, printers, and peripherals. * Support systems and applications used in logistics operations (ERP, WMS, TMS or others). * Address and track technological incidents. * Manage user access rights, corporate email accounts, and user profiles. * Perform basic network, connectivity, and internet monitoring. * Support operational devices (scanners, label printers, mobile devices). * Log incidents, maintain equipment inventory, and prepare basic IT documentation. * Coordinate with external technology vendors. **Requirements:** * Technical or university studies in Systems, Computer Science, IT or related fields (completed or in progress). * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in technical support or similar positions. * Knowledge of: Windows and office software, hardware and software * Basic networking * User and access management * Availability for on-site work. * Preferred experience in logistics, transportation, or distribution companies **Competencies:** * Service orientation * Clear communication * Organizational ability * Autonomy and responsibility * Operational incident handling **Conditions:** * Schedule: Full-time * Work modality: On-site * Employment contract: Regular payroll (General Regime) * Salary commensurate with market standards * Career development path Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 – S/.1,800.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
