Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee billing, collections, logistics, procurement, customer service, and administrative support in a corporate gifting and B2B merchandising company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for billing, collections, and payment verification. 2. Logistics management: procurement of supplies, stock, and inventory. 3. We are a company specializing in corporate gifting and B2B merchandising, and we are seeking a talented individual responsible for the following functions: Main Responsibilities: * Responsible for order billing and collections (payment verification) * Responsible for logistics tasks, including on-site procurement of supplies, stock verification, and inventory control. * Supplier research, contact, and evaluation * Visits to suppliers and/or customers * Tracking deliveries and coordinating payments * Customer service regarding complaints, grievances, and high-pressure situations * Supporting adjacent administrative tasks Required Profile: * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields * Experience in customer service, billing, procurement, and administrative tasks * Communication at all levels, organization and planning, Customer Experience * Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel proficiency Benefits: * Market-competitive salary * Meal allowance * Growth opportunities Work Location and Schedule: Lince, Monday to Saturday at noon (48 hours/week).
