The role ensures strict compliance with Terms of Reference (TOR) and current regulations applicable to the Transport and Housing sectors, guaranteeing the technical quality of deliverables submitted to MTC, SENACE, and Provías. Join Us Requirements: Work Experience * **General Experience:** Minimum of 1–2 years in similar positions (Assistant or Professional Intern) within environmental consulting firms or engineering companies. Specific Responsibilities * Technical drafting and structuring of monitoring reports, management plans, and environmental management documents. * Technical auditing of files to ensure compliance with TOR requirements prior to submission. * Support in managing permits and licenses before competent authorities. * Consolidation of technical information provided by external specialists (Archaeology, Land Surveying, Social). * Administrative follow-up of pending files. Academic Qualifications * Degree holder and registered member of the relevant professional association in Environmental Engineering, Geographic Engineering, Environmental Management, or related fields. * Essential Knowledge: \* Solid understanding of Peruvian environmental regulations (SEIA Law, Environmental Management Regulations for Transport and Housing). * Knowledge of preparing IGAs (EIA\-d, DIA, ITS) and Work Plans. * Proficiency in public entity digital platforms (MTC, SENACE).
