Market analysis to identify new opportunities Job Description: We are a logistics operator with over 10 years of experience in the market. We specialize in outsourcing operations across the entire supply chain, delivering customized and highly efficient solutions. Requirements: * University graduate or technical professional in administration, business, industrial engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions, focused on commercial, logistics, and/or marketing areas. * Basic knowledge of warehouse management, transportation, and distribution. * Microsoft Office – Intermediate level * Excel – Intermediate level * KPI indicator management * Availability to work in Punta Hermosa. Responsibilities: * Contract control per customer. * Support in generating contracts and addendums. * Perform relevant operational area management and follow-up to meet customer requirements. * Maintain and continuously follow up with customers. * Support the department by preparing quotations for company customers, subject to review by the department head. * Research and report on market and competitive conditions, aiming to identify and propose new markets. * Understand each customer’s operational and commercial reality to support the department. * Support and monitor monthly billing compliance. * Provide status updates and progress reports regarding customers. * Prepare and update KPIs as required by the department. * Other duties related to the position assigned by management.
