DISPATCH AND BILLING ASSISTANT

Position Summary: We are seeking a Dispatch and Billing Assistant to join our team, managing invoicing, logistics, and delivery coordination for products. Key Highlights: 1. Manages daily order invoicing and dispatch logistics. 2. Optimizes deliveries and coordinates with the transportation team. 3. Responsible for vehicle control and reverse logistics. At **LAB NUTRITION**, a leader in sports nutrition supplementation with over 20 years of experience, we are looking for a **Dispatch and Billing Assistant** to join our continuously growing team. Requirements: * University graduate and/or technical graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatch and distribution management. * Minimum 1 year of experience in order invoicing. * A1 Driver's License Responsibilities: * Perform daily order invoicing (quotations, waybills, invoices, receipts, etc.). * Responsible for organizing and assigning routes to each vehicle. * Track routes, transfers, merchandise pickups, etc., until task completion. * Supervise and coordinate with the transportation team. * Maintain records of overtime hours for compensation, subject to prior approval by the direct supervisor. * Optimize deliveries to improve efficiency. * Analyze and report on dispatch area performance. * Register, archive, and control waybills and dispatch charges. * Responsible for vehicles, their documentation, and their use, maintenance, and cleaning. * Control and supervise reverse logistics for losses caused by the transporter and/or warehouse. * Manage rescheduling of orders not shipped on time or returned to the company (re-entries). * Prepare dispatch reports. * Respond to inquiries regarding order status. * Support the Logistics department with inventory tasks, etc. If you are interested in joining our team and meet the above requirements, please send us your CV!
