Our company is currently looking for a **LOGISTICS AND PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT**, who meets the following requirements: ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Logistics Assistant and/or Procurement Assistant and/or similar positions, **in companies engaged in the construction industry.** * Experience in quoting equipment for universities, laboratories, schools, road projects, and other applications. * Familiarity with suppliers in the fields of building construction, civil engineering, roadworks, and others. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel (intermediate level) and document handling. * Immediate availability. ***Responsibilities:*** * Request quotations from suppliers and prepare comparative tables for approval. * Conduct negotiations to close commercial agreements. * Monitor and track purchases from acquisition through to material delivery (site delivery, warehouse receipt, and material dispatch). * Coordinate material delivery. * Issue purchase orders to suppliers and confirm their receipt. * Follow up with suppliers until all requested items are received into the warehouse. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
