Position Summary: We are seeking a Logistics and Procurement Assistant with experience in the construction industry to manage procurement activities and coordinate material deliveries. Our company is currently looking for a **LOGISTICS AND PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT**, who meets the following requirements: ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Logistics Assistant and/or Procurement Assistant and/or similar positions, **in companies engaged in the construction industry.** * Experience in quoting equipment for universities, laboratories, schools, road construction projects, and others. * Knowledge of suppliers in the building, construction, road, and related sectors. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel (intermediate level) and documentation management. * Immediate availability. ***Responsibilities:*** * Request quotations from suppliers and prepare comparative tables for approval. * Conduct negotiations to finalize commercial agreements. * Monitor and control procurement activities from acquisition through material delivery (delivery to construction sites, warehouses, and material dispatch). * Manage material delivery processes. * Issue purchase orders to suppliers and confirm their receipt. * Track supplier responses until all requested items are received into the warehouse. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
