Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to perform real-time operation control, unit tracking, and incident management at the Monitoring Center. Key Highlights: 1. Design and automation of control dashboards using Power BI OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (MONITORING CENTER) Do you have experience in real-time operation control and proficiency in analytical tools? This opportunity is for you! We are currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team at the **Monitoring Center**. Your main responsibilities: * Perform real-time tracking and control of assigned units and/or services via the monitoring center. * Record, analyze, and report operational incidents while ensuring compliance with security protocols. * Design, update, and automate operational management dashboards and reports using **Power BI**. * Identify deviations in routes or processes and coordinate immediate corrective actions with field teams. * Maintain constant communication with supervisors, drivers, and customers to ensure uninterrupted service delivery. What profile are we looking for? * **Education:** Students or graduates in Industrial Administration, Transportation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles within monitoring centers, fleet control, or operations management (preferably in transportation and logistics sectors). * **Key Tools:** * **Power BI:** Basic or Intermediate level (ability to structure data, create interactive dashboards, and analyze operational KPIs) – *Mandatory*. * **Excel:** Intermediate level. * Proficiency in GPS systems and tracking platforms. * **Skills:** Strong organizational ability, tolerance for working under pressure, assertive communication, and proactive problem-solving.
