Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Analyst to provide strategic and operational support to commercial management through information analysis, indicator tracking, and CRM administration. A company with over 60 years of experience in the construction industry is looking for a Commercial Analyst who meets the following requirements: Provide strategic and operational support to commercial management through information analysis, indicator tracking, CRM tool administration, and cross-departmental coordination, contributing to the achievement of sales objectives and continuous improvement of commercial processes. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare periodic commercial reports for management and department heads. * Analyze sales indicators, goal attainment, and commercial performance. * Administer and optimize the corporate CRM. * Lead continuous improvement of commercial processes within the CRM. * Design Power BI dashboards and reports for decision-making. * Identify opportunities for improvement in commercial processes and customer service. * Track business opportunities, quotations, and commercial activities. * Coordinate with marketing, operations, logistics, and administration departments to ensure proper execution of commercial processes. * Generate trend analyses, sales projections, and sales behavior analyses. * Propose automations and improvements to increase the operational efficiency of the commercial area. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Experience in commercial areas, business intelligence, or sales analysis. * CRM knowledge. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Intermediate proficiency in Power BI. * Experience in analyzing commercial KPIs. * Ability to coordinate with various organizational departments. * SQL (optional) COMPETENCIES: * Analytical thinking. * Results orientation. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Didactic and influential skills. * Organization and planning.
