Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial and Operational Manager with experience in the fuel sector to supervise and lead teams, and ensure the smooth operation of service stations, with a results-oriented focus. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead commercial and operational teams in the fuel sector. 2. Supervise the operation and profitability of service stations. 3. Propose improvements in operations and commercial management. The company operates service stations and is seeking a **Commercial and Operational Manager**, with experience in the fuel sector, ability to lead teams, and a results-oriented mindset. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervisory or managerial positions. * Experience in gas stations, service stations, or fuel-sector companies **(mandatory)**. * Knowledge of safety and operational regulations applicable to the fuel sector. * Experience conducting direct field supervision and follow-up. * Experience leading commercial and operational teams. * Knowledge of sales, inventory, supply chain, cash handling, and service station operations. * Proficiency in commercial and operational KPIs. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Valid A1 driver's license. **(mandatory, due to frequent travel between stations)** **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * Competitive market-based salary. * Formal payroll: General Regime from day one. * Work mode: Office and field, with frequent visits to service stations. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM. * Work location: Trujillo. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise and ensure the smooth operation of service stations. * Conduct frequent field visits to verify operations, staff performance, sales, and compliance with procedures. * Lead and supervise station managers and work teams. * Monitor sales, inventory, cash handling, supply chain, and expenses for each station. * Analyze station performance and propose actions to improve sales and profitability. * Coordinate fuel supply and supervise its proper receipt and unloading. * Verify compliance with safety, customer service, and operational procedures. * Supervise staff adherence to working hours, assigned duties, and performance standards. * Identify operational issues and take timely corrective actions. * Coordinate with Administration, Finance, Logistics, and Human Resources departments on matters necessary for station operations. (with administrative and/or operational support departments) * Track maintenance activities, incidents, and requirements at each location. * Prepare performance reports and present progress updates to General Management. * Propose improvements in station operations, service quality, and commercial management.
