We are looking for two Commercial Executives for a freight and customs agency to join our team. Requirements: * Technical or university graduate or student in Administration, Communications, International Business, International Trade, or related fields. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in sales call centers. * Ability to negotiate, build business relationships, and close business opportunities. * Results-oriented with strong goal achievement focus. * Basic or intermediate English proficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Prospect and advise companies interested in international logistics solutions. * Respond to inquiries and follow up with clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other channels. * Promote international transportation services, customs brokerage, warehousing, and distribution. * Generate new business opportunities through meetings. * Achieve commercial department goals and performance indicators. **We Offer:** * **Continuous training and** a professional growth path. * **Compensation:** S/ 1,130 (fee-based payment, with potential transition to payroll starting from the third month) * **Payment of excellent uncapped commissions.** * On-site work mode. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, **9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.** * Payroll enrollment upon successful completion of the probationary period (3 months) Workplace: On-site employment Salary: Starting from S/.1,130\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
