You will be responsible for delivering personalized customer service through channels such as WhatsApp and social media, ensuring a positive shopping experience, closing sales, and conducting post-sales follow-up. **Responsibilities** * Attend to customers via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels. * Provide commercial advice and purchase recommendations via phone calls. * Support the Sales and Logistics departments. * Conduct post-sales follow-up and encourage repeat purchases. * Maintain up-to-date records and generate weekly management reports. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a Technical or University program in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, online customer service, or call centers. * Experience in beverages or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is desirable. * Proficiency in WhatsApp Business and social media platforms. * Basic knowledge of Excel. **Benefits** * Market-competitive remuneration * Commissions \+ incentives * Formal employment registration Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,200\.00 per month Application question(s): * In which district do you live? * Please provide your current WhatsApp number * The workplace is in LOS OLIVOS.
