End-to-end coordination and management of the supply chain **JUNIOR BUYER – CHORRILLOS** TRINY RENTAL, a company specializing in vehicle rental for businesses, is looking for a **JUNIOR BUYER** to join our team in Chorrillos. **Job Objective** Ensure efficient and timely procurement of goods and services while optimizing costs, delivery times, and quality—contributing to the necessary supply for operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Identify requirements for supplies, spare parts, products, and services. * Prepare purchase orders and manage procurement processes. * Request quotations, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers. * Compare prices, costs, and commercial terms. * Coordinate deliveries and track purchases. * Verify quality and specifications of procured products. * Coordinate with Warehouse to prevent overstocking or stockouts. * Monitor inventory levels. * Manage procurement-related documentation. * Register and track purchases in SAP. * Coordinate with various internal departments to meet operational needs. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Logistics Management, Automotive Mechanics, or related fields. * Knowledge of logistics management. * Proficiency in Excel. * Familiarity with SAP. * Experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain functions. * Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills. * Effective communication and teamwork abilities. **Work Location:** Chorrillos, Lima **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. **We Offer** * Formal employment registration. * Statutory benefits. * Career development opportunities. * Job stability.
