Job Summary: HERGON SA Group is seeking Construction Managers/Coordinators to supervise and coordinate construction activities, manage resources, and ensure compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate civil construction projects. 2. Comprehensive management of activities, resources, and suppliers. 3. Ensure safety and quality standards during execution. HERGON SA Group is a reputable company with extensive experience in civil construction, site preparation, and equipment installation; it is currently seeking: 02 CONSTRUCTION MANAGER / CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR \- APURIMAC. **REQUIREMENTS:** ✅ Civil Engineer, licensed and registered with the Professional Engineering Association. ✅ Minimum of four (04\) years of general project experience. ✅ Minimum of three (02\) participations in the execution or supervision of building projects, in similar projects. ✅ Residency in Apurimac (NOT MANDATORY) ✅ Strong communication and leadership skills. ✅ Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, S10, MS Project, etc.) ✅ Knowledge of project management. **FUNCTIONS:** ✅ Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, including contract, engineering, procurement, and implementation throughout the acquisition, engineering, and construction phases. ✅ Manage materials, equipment, and resources according to the schedule, maintaining continuous coordination with the Site Resident Engineer to resolve unforeseen situations during construction execution. ✅ Participate in control, execution, monitoring, financial and accounting analysis and evaluation. ✅ Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations. Support planning and execution of works. ✅ Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to guarantee progress. Supervise tasks assigned to field support staff. ✅ Keep the Construction Manager and/or General Management informed about on-site work progress. ✅ Implement necessary corrections to achieve the established construction objectives. ✅ Review, inspect, approve, and accept activities performed by the client. ✅ On-site supervision to assess compliance with the scope defined by the client, in accordance with the approved budget.
