Management of labor compliance and administrative project control. **VyP ICE**, a Peruvian contracting company with over 25 years of dedicated service supporting the development of the country's major mining companies, is currently seeking a **"Construction Site Administrator"** for Cajamarquilla: **Requirements and Responsibilities:** \- Degree holder in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions, preferably in the mining sector or mining support services. \- MS Office / Excel (Advanced). \- Ensure proper compliance with labor laws from the start, throughout, and upon completion of operations. \- Coordinate the entry and exit of transportation units. \- Experience in managing mining camps and overseeing general construction site services. \- Responsible for controlling and managing daily work schedules of construction site personnel. \- Manage and maintain daily attendance records of workers. \- Administer the project petty cash fund. \- Willingness to travel nationwide.
