Opportunity for continuity in national and international projects. **JOB DESCRIPTION** **TEC CUATRO S.A.C.** requires a **Construction Supervision Manager** with solid experience in road and airport infrastructure projects. The professional will be responsible for supervising, evaluating, and ensuring the proper execution of construction works, safeguarding safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in each project. **Candidate Profile Requirements** Education: Civil Engineer, Highway, Canal and Port Engineer, or Aeronautical Technical Engineer, duly registered with the relevant professional association. Minimum experience: 7 years of experience as: * Construction Supervision Manager and/or * Construction Inspector and/or * Construction Supervising Engineer and/or * Supervision Director and/or * Supervision or Road Works Manager and/or * Site Representative or Sector Representative and/or * Resident Engineer and/or Construction Resident Engineer and/or * Resident Supervising Engineer, * Required experience in **supervision and/or execution of airports and/or airfields, and/or highways.** Experience is calculated from the date of professional registration. **Desirable Certifications**: At least one of the following is required: * Project Management Institute (PMI). * Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs\-Conseils (FIDIC). * Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE – NEC). * Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). * Stanford University – VDC Certificate. * BuildingSMART International. * Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). * Autodesk. * American Concrete Institute (ACI). **Desirable Qualifications**: * Experience in large-scale projects with high technical complexity. * Skills in integrated project management and leadership of multidisciplinary teams. * Up-to-date knowledge of national and international regulations regarding road and airport infrastructure. **Terms and Benefits**: * Competitive remuneration based on experience and responsibilities. * Opportunity for continuity in new national and international projects. **Application**: Send your documented CV to the email address: **talento@tec4global.com** Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per month Application question(s): * Do you have experience in airports and/or airfields and/or highways? * Please indicate your salary expectations. * Do you hold any of the desirable certifications listed above?
