Position Summary: ETPOSA is seeking a Ticket Sales Counter to serve, guide, sell and issue tickets, collect payments, perform daily cash reconciliations, and provide information on routes and schedules. Cash handling and daily cash reconciliation TICKET SALES COUNTER – AFTERNOON SHIFT Transportation Company La Perla del Oriente S.A. (ETPOSA) is currently recruiting personnel for the position of Ticket Sales Counter. Available locations: * José Gálvez – Santa Beatriz Working hours: * Morning shift and afternoon shift * On-site work Main responsibilities: * Provide courteous service and guidance to passengers. * Sell, reserve, and issue tickets. * Perform daily cash collection and reconciliation. * Provide information on routes, schedules, fares, and boarding points. * Carry out other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * Experience preferred but not required. * Basic proficiency in Word and Excel. * Availability to work at any of the indicated locations. * Responsible, punctual, communicative, and customer-oriented.
