The primary mission of the Delivery Assistant is to ensure product integrity from plant departure to final delivery. They serve as key operational support for inventory validation, assistance during production cutoffs, and customer conformity certification at the destination point. **Candidate Profile (Requirements)** * **Education:** Completed secondary education. * **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months in warehouse, dispatch, or product distribution. * **Additional Requirement (Desirable):** Possession of a **Category A-IIb Driver's License** (This requirement is **optional**, intended to support vehicle mobilization in occasional or emergency situations). **Technical Competencies:** * Handling of commercial documents (delivery notes, invoices). * Ability to perform moderate physical effort (loading, unloading, stacking). * Basic knowledge of inventory control. **Main Responsibilities** * **Product Verification:** Conduct physical counting and inspection of products prior to loading onto the vehicle, ensuring alignment with outbound records. * **Support During Pickup Cutoffs:** Actively assist in finished-product cutoffs, facilitating rapid transition between the production area and the dispatch area. * **Delivery and Customer Validation:** Execute physical delivery of products and conduct joint verification with the customer, ensuring the order is complete and in good condition. * **Conformity Management:** Collect required signatures and stamps on delivery documentation and immediately report any incidents (shortages or damages). * **Driving Support (Optional):** If holding the required license, provide support in transporting or repositioning transport units when operationally necessary. **Soft Skills (Competencies)** * **Attention to Detail:** Rigor in comparing codes, batches, and physical quantities. * **Proactivity:** Willingness to support various stages of the logistics flow. * **Customer Orientation:** Ability to project a professional and friendly company image. * **Honesty:** Integrity in handling products and high-value documentation. **Working Conditions** * **Physical Effort:** Dynamic work requiring constant mobility and product handling. * **Work Environment:** Operations conducted in warehouses, finished-product plants, and delivery routes.
